Mr. D. Deekshith
MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Deekshith commands and offers extensive experience in the area of Information Technology, with over 20 years working in the Industry. His vast experience and far-reaching expertise comes from years of specializing in large-scale Systems and Solutions.

Mr. Deekshith has spent a considerable amount of time specializing in Sales & Marketing Systems and Solutions for Finance, Banking, and Health Care industries.

OSS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated with the vision of Mr. Deekshith, to provide One Stop Solutions for IT Requirements, and lead in this field, serving customers in India and abroad.

A man of vision and grit, his transparent and Value-based Management Style has consistently attracted quality manpower and Customers alike.

Mr. S. R. Mohan
DIRECTOR

MBA, with over 23 years' experience in the IT industry, having worked with companies like HCL-HP and Citrix Systems Inc, Mr. Mohan brings to OSS a depth of knowledge and keen business acumen from across a variety of industries.

He began his career as a Software Engineer before joining HCL in 1982. He worked with HCL for over 14 years and left them as Business Entity Manager (South), to take over as General Manager (Sales and Marketing), Unicorp Industries Ltd., New Delhi. Subsequently, he worked with Citrix Systems Inc., as Director Sales, and was responsible for setting up their India operations. He left Citrix to pursue his passion for setting up organizations from scratch, and joined a US-funded start-up, Eduquity Career Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a Bangalore-based Human Resource Assessment Services Company.

In the course of his career, Mr. Mohan has executed Sales, Marketing and general Management functions. His achievements include setting up of the National Distribution Channel for UniCorp, and setting up of India operations for Citrix. He was also responsible for setting up the entire Business Process for Eduquity Career Technologies, a company in a highly niche market.

Mr. Mohan�s "passion for building organizations from scratch" is what prompted him to co-found OSS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. His vision for OSS: "to place the organization on the World map over the next 2-3 years".

Prof. B. Mahadevan
Advisor to the Board

Mr. B Mahadevan is a Professor in Production & Operations Management at IIM, Bangalore. He is currently the Chief Editor of The IIMB Management Review, the premier Management Journal in the country. He obtained M.Tech. and PhD, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Professor Mahadevan has taught at premier educational institutes in the country including IIT, Delhi and Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur. He was a visiting scholar at the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration, Dartmouth College, NH, USA.

Prof. Mahadevan was a Retainer Consultant for Deloitte Consulting, L.P. USA for 18 months advising them on Business Model Innovation. He has also been a consultant for some of the leading corporate companies such as the TVS group, Reliance Industries, and HAL .

Prof. Mahadevan has been a consistent performer right through. He bagged the University Gold Medal both during his undergraduate and post-graduate for securing the first rank. Dr. Mahadevan has published several of his research findings in leading international journals such as the California Management Review, European Journal of Operational Research and International Journal of Production Research. His book on The New Manufacturing Architecture, published in 1999, deals with various issues pertaining to restructuring manufacturing systems for competitive advantage. He has developed a software, MASCOT to address these issues.

Professor Mahadevan was responsible for designing several executive education programs for private and public companies and for several professional organizations in India & abroad. He has conducted several programmes during the past five years in Sri Lanka on wide ranging topics of interest to the top management.

Professor Mahadevan with his extensive experience in Teaching, Research and consulting will be part of the OSS Management team in the capacity of an Advisor, guiding the organization to the next level.
