MANAGING DIRECTOR

Deekshith, a visionary, laid the foundation stone of OSS Technologies Pvt Ltd way back in 1998  to  provide ‘One-Stop Solutions’ for IT requirements globally. Hyderabad-born Deekshith prides over 20 years of rich experience in large-scale Systems and Solutions spread across Finance, Banking and Health Care Industries.   

Right from defining the Vision and Mission Statements, Deekshith has been devising and executing business strategies that fit seamlessly with IT requirements in domestic and international markets.    Sharpening the strategic focus and strengthening the Corporate Culture is the two-pronged approach adopted by Deekshith for the exponential growth of the organization.  By successfully interweaving the resources and capabilities within the Organisation, Deekshith has provided Sustainable Competitive Edge in the IT domain.

Driving the business to the next level being his immediate focus, Deeskhith is quick to explore new business avenues and keen to list the Company on the bourse.

Deekshith is also Director in “Coreobject Soft Systems & Services Private Limited.”

B Mallikarjuna Goud
Head - Finance & Operations

With an experience of over 10 years in the field of Finance, Admin and Operations Mallikarjuna has been responsible for broadening the horizon of the Organization.   A Post Graduate in Finance, Mallikarjuna has been successful in the implementation of business strategies.

Mallikarjuna’s strong knowledge, expertise and ‘Out of the Box Thinking’ have helped in exploring new business opportunities which have resulted in the overall growth of business.  As it goes with the fraternity, Mallikarjuna has been pivotal in managing the financial stream in a transparent and profitable manner. 

Preetha Mallikarjuna
Head - HR & Projects

Preetha has been an integral part of OSS Technologies for nearly a decade successfully overseeing HR & Projects operations. Though a Commerce background, Preetha ventured into an unchartered territory of HR & Projects and has been the forerunner in driving and ensuring transformation in this domain.

Demonstrating strong business acumen combined with customer centric values, Preetha has seamlessly contributed to the successful growth of the Organization.  Project Management being her forte, she excels in ensuring timely delivery of Projects and assignments from time to time.
With her sight set clearly on expanding the workforce to support the business goals, Preetha has brought in the right talent to the table and has keenly implemented talent management practices.
