Qualification: Any Graduate
Desired Certification: MCSE, Win2K
Experience: Minimum 2 year in a Managing - Operating system (NT, Win2K), network devices (Hub, Switch, Router) and user lever Messaging application (Exchange/Notes)
Tech Competencies: NT, Win2K, Exchange
Soft Skill Competencies:
Effective communication, Problem Solving, Customer orientation, Process oriented
Deliverables:
1. Desktop Administration (PC support) + standard applications like MS Office etc. + virus problems
2. Trouble-shooting and fixing clientside problems pertaining to Win 98/NT/2000 systems
3. Basic Server Administration and management of Windows/95/98/NT/2000
4. Troubleshooting problems pertaining to Structured Ethernet cabling and Hubs. Basic connectivity issues relating to Cisco Layer 2 Switches. Network management up to Layer 2 switches
5. Client side Exchange administration and basic server administration.
